Annie's Pinot Noir - California 2018
A blend of 80% Williams Vineyard Pinot Noir Los Carneros Sonoma County and 20% Jewel of Skyland Pinot Noir Santa Cruz Mountains. The 2018 Annie's Pinot Noir fermented on native yeast, with 100% whole clusters, and was pressed entirely by hand in our old hand-crank press. The wine completed malolactic fermentation naturally in barrel, and aged twelve months in French oak barrels and stainless steel. We performed one racking to stainless steel prior to bottling, unfined and unfiltered. One barrel; 31 cases produced.
