Gremlin Vineyard - Los Carneros 2017
From a small, family-owned, old-vine, sustainably-farmed vineyard just outside the town of Sonoma. The grapes fermented on native yeasts with 50% stem inclusion. We pressed entirely by hand, and racked to 50% new French oak barrels for the completion of malolactic. The wine spent twelve months in barrel prior to racking to steel. Bottled unfined and unfiltered. Six barrels; 148 cases produced.
